ARISTA NASHVILLE artist BRAD PAISLEY will be the keynote speaker at the 2015 BILLBOARD TOURING CONFERENCE & AWARDS on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18th at the ROOSEVELT HOTEL in NEW YORK. The Q&A-style conversation will be led by BILLBOARD Exec. Dir./Content & Programming for Touring & Live Entertainment RAY WADDELL.
