LOTUS COMMUNICATIONS CORP. is selling the construction permit for a new FM at GREENFIELD, CA to LAZER LICENSES, LLC for $250,000.
In other filings with the FCC, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W239BY/FLORENCE, AL to ROGER WRIGHT d/b/a PROSPECT COMMUNICATIONS for $20,000.
ROGER D. BLUME is selling W243CO/ELLOREE, SC to PALMETTO MEDIA PARTNERS, LLC for $30,000.
COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KCDC/LOMA, CO while it awaits approval of a new tower site, where the station has been constructed and has been awaiting approval by the FCC for four years. COCHISE has also applied for an allotment at its original DOVE CREEK, CO site.
CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for K204DQ/WICHITA while it completes a lease deal at a new tower site.

In a deal not yet appearing in the FCC database, DARREN CORDOVA is selling DMC BROADCASTING, licensee of Spanish Hits KXMT (RADIO EXITOS 99.1), Adult Hits KKIT (THE MOUNTAIN), Country KKTC-K264AE (TRUE COUNTRY), Classic Rock KTRZ (THUNDER 105.5), News-Talk KVOT-A, and the construction permit for KNMF/TAOS, NM, to LMNOC MEDIA GROUP LLC, headed by COO LORI MUÑOZ and President/CEO CHRISTOPNER MUÑOZ, for $1,600,000. HADDEN AND ASSOCIATES served as exclusive broker for both parties in the deal.
