Saga Revenue, Income Fall For Third Quarter, Free Cash Flow Increases

SAGA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. third quarter 2015 net revenue fell 1.6% to $33.8 million, with net income down from $3.245 million to $3.112 million (56 to 53 cents/diluted share).  Free cash flow increased 11.3% to $5.5 million.

Radio revenues fell from $29.4 million to $28.5 million and radio operating income rose from $6.3 to $7.3 million due to decreased operating expenses, while television was up from $4.973 million to $5.295 million and television operating income rose from $1.689 million to $1.763 million.
