Sirius Canada's Johnson Joins Snocap Board

SAN FRANCISCO-based SNOCAP, which provides digital licensing, copyright management services and artist distribution for the digital music marketplace, has named SIRIUS CANADA Chairman GUY JOHNSON to its board of directors.

SNOCAP, which was co-founded by NAPSTER's SHAWN FANNING, also taps RICH MOSHER as General Counsel. MOSHER most recently held a similar post at INTELLISYNC CORP.
