BLACK RIVER ENTERTAINMENT artist KELSEA BALLERINI will receive the "RISING STAR" Award at BILLBOARD's WOMEN IN MUSIC event, set for FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11th in NEW YORK and airing on LIFETIME TV NETWORK on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18th. The award honors artists who demonstrate success both on and off the charts.
