Ringo Starr Tribute Album To Benefit David Lynch Foundation

A RINGO STARR tribute album featuring performances by the BEATLES drummer, JOE WALSH, BEN HARPER, BEN FOLDS, THE HEAD AND THE HEART, BRENDAN BENSON, BETTYE LaVETTE and ARK LIFE, benefiting the DAVID LYNCH FOUNDATION, will be released DECEMBER 4th.
On JANUARY 20th, 2014, artists came together in LOS ANGELES to honor the legendary BEATLES drummer, who was presented with the LIFETIME OF PEACE & LOVE AWARD by LYNCH via his own FOUNDATION.
The recordings from that night can be heard for the first time thanks to COMMUNION RECORDS, which will release "RINGO STARR: The LIFETIME OF PEACE & LOVE TRIBUTE CONCERT" album. Proceeds from the record, which was mixed by BOB CLEARMOUNTAIN, will benefit the DAVID LYNCH FOUNDATION, whose mission is to help bring TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION to at-risk populations across the world.
The first preview of the release is a cover of "Octopus's Garden" by THE HEAD AND THE HEART, which can be heard now via the DAVID LYNCH FOUNDATION YOUTUBE channel below.
