E.W. SCRIPPS/TULSA has tapped APEX BROADCASTING/CHARLESTON AND HILTON HEAD, SC VP/GM DAVID ABEL as its new VP/GM. The cluster includes Country KVOO, Top 40 KHTT, Classic Hits KBEZ, Classic Country KXBL and Talk KFAQ-A.

"DAVID's broadcast and digital experience, as well as his strong leadership track record, makes him a great fit with SCRIPPS and our TULSA team," said VP/Radio STEVE WEXLER. "I'm thrilled to welcome him to our company."
