RADIO ONE makes some moves in the COLUMBUS, OH market this morning (11/12). As of 12:01a, Urban AC WXMG (MAGIC 106.3) began simulcasting as it prepped for a move down the dial to recently acquired Sports WZOH (95.5 THE GAME)/LANCASTER-COLUMBUS, OH. The company also announced it will return the Gospel format on recently acquired Classic Country WHOK (K107.1)/CIRCLEVILLE-COLUMBUS, OH, flipping that station to NEW JOY 107.1 next week.

The company noted, "The NEW MAGIC 95.5 FM has a bigger and stronger signal for listeners to enjoy and COLUMBUS can now enjoy Inspiration music at its best on the NEW JOY 107.1 FM.  JOY left the market in 2011, but after four years of silence will be born again on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16th at 5p with your favorite gospel artists and inspirational music."
