Emmis/New York To Host Lift 'Em Up November 20th

EMMIS/NEW YORK will host its 3rd annual LIFT 'EM UP celebration, providing a night of inspiration and a gourmet holiday dinner to families in need on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20th.  EMMIS/NEW YORK's 3rd annual LIFT 'EM UP is presented by Top 40/Rhythmic WQHT (HOT 97), its HIP HOP HAS HEART FOUNDATION, Urban AC WBLS and Gospel WLIB’s HEART & SOUL FOUNDATION, and INCITE, EMMIS’ cause-marketing foundation.  

EMMIS/NEW YORK’s on-air talent, behind-the-scenes staff, and friends in the music scene will come together to provide families in the tri-state area with an evening of tasty food and festive entertainment.  Through LIFT ‘EM UP, EMMIS/NEW YORK aims to provide the community an amazing night of holiday cheer. The event will include special guest celebrities including musicians JUSTINE SKYE, DIGGY SIMMONS, and MAINO; gourmet food provided by TWO FISH AND FIVE LOAVES; music by EMMIS NEW YORK’s DJs; and the return of the HOLIDAY MARKET, where families will be able to take home food for the own THANKSGIVING meals the following week.
