WARH (The Arch)/St. Louis Names Charlie Quinn PD

HUBBARD RADIO Adult Hits station WARH (106.5 THE ARCH)/ST. LOUIS has hired programming vet director CHARLIE QUINN as its new PD. QUINN, who replaces KEVIN ROBINSON, most recently spent nearly 16 years as Operations Dir. at CBS RADIO Hot AC KYXY/SAN DIEGO. His career includes programming at stations in PHILADELPHIA, BOSTON, DALLAS, PHOENIX and NASHVILLE.
