WILKS LICENSE COMPANY is selling Country WHOK (K107.1)/CIRCLEVILLE, OH and Sports WZOH (95.5 THE GAME)/LANCASTER, OH, to RADIO-ONE for $2 million. WHOK will flip to GOSPEL (JOY 107.1) on NOVEMBER 16th at 5p (ET), while WZOH will simulcast the Urban AC programming of WXMG/LONDON, OH as MAGIC 95.5.
WILKS LICENSE COMPANY is also selling Rock WLVQ (Q-FM96)/COLUMBUS, OH, to FRANKLIN COMMUNICATIONS FOR $13 million.
INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling Spanish WRSJ/BAYAMON, PUERTO RICO, to IBC DIVESTITURE TRUST for $3,000.
TIMES AND NEWS PUBLISHING COMPANY is selling Sports WGET (ESPN RADIO 1320)/GETTYSBURG, PA, to FM RADIO LICENSES for $250,000 plus a Time Brokerage Agreement before closing.
MARCO BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling marijuana-themed Classic Rock KBUD (SMOKIN’ 94.1)/GOLDEN, CO, to MARCONI WIRELESS OF COLORADO for $25,000.
