Saga Declares Quarterly, Special Cash Dividends

SAGA COMMUNICATIONS, INC.'s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, up 25% from previous dividends, and also declared a special cash dividend of $0.25 per share for its Class A and Class B shares.
The dividends will be paid on DECEMBER 11th to shareholders of record on NOVEMBER 30th and will total an aggregate $2.9 million.
