KSON/San Diego Shares A Special Moment With Garth Brooks

ENTERCOM Country KSON (97.3 FM)/SAN DIEGO morning team "JOHN AND TAMMY IN THE MORNING" co-hosts shared a special moment with RCA NASHVILLE/PEARL artist GARTH BROOKS during his recent tour stop on the WEST COAST.

JOHN and TAMMY took a listener's signed photo backstage to show GARTH, because while she had never had the opportunity to meet the artist, she had met his mother, COLLEEN BROOKS, and bonded over their shared first name. The listener had GARTH's mother sign her photo and wanted to share the story with him. GARTH signed the photo, as well, in an emotional moment. GARTH's mother, COLLEEN, passed away in 1999.
