CHUM Ups Two To VP

CHUM LTD. ups Dir./Radio Research KERRY FRENCH to VP/Business Analysis and AC CHUM-F/TORONTO PD ROB FARINA to VP/Program Development. Both new VPs will continue their previous duties while adding their new companywide duties. 

FRENCH joined CHUM in 1992 and previously worked at MAJOR MARKET BROADCASTERS, MCLEAN HUNTER RADIO, ROGERS, WESTERN INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS, and ALL-CANADA RADIO AND TELEVISION. FARINA joined CHUM in 1996 and has served as PD at CHUM-F since 1998 as well as handling Exec. Producer duties for the MUCHRADIO COUNTDOWN and MUCHMORE RADIO COUNTDOWN shows; he was previously OM at CKKL-CFRA-A/OTTAWA and a PD for ROGERS in several markets.
