SMASH HIT MEDIA Classic Hits WWHP (CLASSIC HITS 98.3 WHP)/FARMER CITY, IL is flipping to News-Talk, effective NOVEMBER 23rd.  The flip was reported by IAN BAYNE, the former host at GREAT PLAINS MEDIA News-Talk WRPW (CITIES 92.7)/BLOOMINGTON, IL, who said on Facebook and Twitter that he will be doing mornings on the new station, "NEWSTALK 98.3 WHP."
