CBS RADIO Top 40 KKHH (HOT 95-7)/HOUSTON has partnered with GULF COAST EDUCATORS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (GCEFCU) to surprise RIDGECREST ELEMENTARY teacher RAFAEL CARBALLO with a cash prize on NOVEMBER 19th. Morning show host SARAH PEPPER came to the school with GCEFCU to give away $500 to CARBALLO through the SARAH PEPPER CARES INITIATIVE.

CARBALLO was nominated, along with hundreds of other well-deserving teachers, in an online call to action for students. Students from all over HOUSTON submit nominations each month in an effort to award their teacher with much-needed funds for their classroom.
