BENJAMIN-DANE, LLC is selling Gospel KTTP-A/PINEVILLE, LA to RADIO TWO, LLC for $100,000 in a promissory note.  The buyer has been programming the station under a Time Brokerage Agreement since JUNE 1st.

In other filings with the FCC, ALEXANDRA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling AC KUJJ (STAR 95.5)/MCCALL, ID to INSPIRATIONAL FAMILY RADIO, INC. for $85,000 plus an LMA before closing.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K290BJ/ROCK SPRINGS, WY; K298BO/JACKSON, WY; and K258CD/CASPER, WY to LARRY PATRICK's LEGEND COMMUNICATIONS OF WYOMING, LLC for $109.800 ($36,000 each).  LEGEND intends to move the translators using the upcoming window for modifications under the AM revitalization order.

MAX ONE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling W294AT/MACON, MS to WOOD BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $20,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Bluegrass WTWZ-A (THE TRADITION)/CLINTON-JACKSON, MS, which will require a move; the plans to do so are not spelled out in the application, which says that rule compliance is "to be supplemented."

SSR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling W245AH/RIDGELAND, MS to ALPHA MEDIA LICENSEE LLC for $113,000.  The translator will rebroadcast News-Talk WJNT-A/PEARL-JACKSON, MS.

WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA PUBLIC RADIO, INC. is selling W271CL/BREVARD, NC to GONUTS MEDIA, LLC for $25,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Variety WSQL-A/BREVARD.

And the swap by BONNEVILLE of Classic Rock KSWD-F (100.3 THE SOUND)/LOS ANGELES plus $5 million to ENTERCOM for AC KOSI, Country KYGO-F, Sports KKFN (104.3 THE FAN), and Sports KEPN-A (1600 THE ZONE)/DENVER has closed, the parties have informed the FCC.
