Jay Donald Hastings Was 87

ALL ACCESS would like to send condolences to the family of KEITH HASTINGS, COX MEDIA GROUP's Rock Format Leader and Dr/Branding & Programming for KISS & KTKX/SAN ANTONIO, on the death of his father JAY DONALD HASTINGS, JR who passed away on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2015 at Arbor Rose Senior Care facility in MESA, AZ of Alzheimer's disease related complications. He was 87.

Formerly of KENTON, OH, HASTINGS said, "My father JAY HASTINGS remained passionate about farming and gardening. He spent much volunteer time growing and donating produce and fruit to several food pantries in and near his neighborhood."

He is survived by his wife, three sons, three stepsons, three stepdaughters, eighteen grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

A memorial service honoring his life will be held SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6th at 2:30p (MT) at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 2745 N. 32nd St., MESA, AZ 85213. Memorial donations may be directed to Alzheimer's Association Research, United Food Bank, or Cystic Fibrosis Research.
