There's been a buzz swirling around CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40/Rhythmic WKTU/NEW YORK since the announcement that WHOOPI GOLDBERG and CUBBY BRYANT were coming in to do mornings. We've been expecting an announcement from WKTU PD JEFF Z. about his future and it's looking like ALL ACCESS will have details on THURSDAY (9/28).
