MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS has named AREKA SPENCER National Dir./Digital and On-air News Content. Previously News Director for News-Talk WHBL/SHEBOYGAN, WI, SPENCER will oversee news content across all platforms and be responsible for innovating new digital MWC content.
