WIXX/Green Bay Gets A Surprise Guest At Kids' Benefit

MIDWEST Top 40 WIXX/GREEN BAY provided a once-in-a-lifetime experience in the form of a special holiday surprise for some special local children. Teaming up with the local Y.M.C.A's "#maks" program (Making Amazing Kids Stronger -- for children who are cancer survivors ages 8-12 and their entire families). WIXX hosted its popular "1-on-1 with the Boys" show, featuring the MURPHY IN THE MORNING SHOW along with the PACKERS #33 MICAH HYDE and his special guest, PACKERS linebacker #58 SAM BARRINGTON.  

The children got to sit front-row and ask questions and get pictures and autographs with the players during the live one-hour show, highlighted when GREEN BAY PACKERS head-coach MIKE MCCARTHY came down the elevator with a huge cart full of wrapped presents for each of the children and their siblings.  

This event was one of WIXX's "12 Days of CHRISTMAS Wish" which is sponsored and funded by locally owned BURGER KING restaurants in NORTHEAST WISCONSIN.
