SMITH's BAD GAS BROADCAST LLC is selling Regional Mexican KHLT-F (LA RAZA 99.7)/BELLE PLAINE-WICHITA, KS to ALAN HSU and HONG ZHANG's LA RAZA, LLC for $1.65 million ($50,000 cash deposit, $250,000 in real estate, $1.35 millon in a promissory note for 9 years at 5%) plus an LMA before closing.  SMITH reacquired the station from AIR CAPITOL MEDIA GROUP, LLC for forgiveness of $1,363,117.61 in debt in a transaction which closed in OCTOBER.

In other filings with the FCC, CUMULUS' RADIO LICENSE HOLDING CBC, LLC has applied to extend its Silent STA for KRUZ-A/MURRAY, UT due to damage from a brush fire in MARCH.

NEW LIFE EVANGELISTIC CENTER, INC. has closed on the sale of Religion KNLQ/CUBA, MO to LAKE AREA EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING FOUNDATION for $63,000.

And LOVELAND RADIO PARTNERS, LLC has closed on the sale of Religion KKCL-A/LOVELAND, CO to VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC for $80,000.
