BOUVARD's post, "NEW YORK TIMES: Political Campaigns Turn to Radio to Capture Voters," notes the TIMES' coverage and looks at NIELSEN's latest targeting tools, including "NIELSEN Voter Ratings," that allow campaigns to access information on political segmentation in the 48 PPM markets, with the first Voter Ratings numbers due this week, based on SPRING 2015. BOUVARD stresses that radio, among all media, reaches the most voters in AMERICA, and does so with both music and spoken word formats.
