Condolences to family and friends of longtime WASHINGTON radio newsman MAX CACAS, who passed away suddenly TODAY (12/9) at 61. His college station, the UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND's WMUC/COLLEGE PARK, MD, tweeted, "We are sad to announce that our alumnus and former operations manager @maxnewsroom has passed away this evening. Prayers for his family."
Most recently host of the ARMED FORCES COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONICS ASSOCIATION's show "AFCEA ANSWERS" on HUBBARD News WFED-A (FEDERAL NEWS RADIO)/WASHINGTON, CACAS' resume included serving as a reporter and producer at WFED and sister News WTOP, OM and News Producer at NPR, and online editor/producer at THE FREEDOM FORUM and NEWSEUM.
