Congratulations to ALPHA MEDIA Country WUBB (NEW COUNTRY BOB 106.9)/SAVANNAH, GA morning show host TIM LEARY, who had 800 temporary tattoos of names and logos placed on his body and raised over $16,500 to benefit the NANCY N. & J.C. LEWIS CANCER & RESEARCH PAVILLION at ST.JOSEPH'S/CANDLER. LEARY and his co-hosts KAREN "RED" DAISS and CLAIRE BEVERLY ran the SAVANNAH ENMARKET BRIDGE RUN on SATURDAY (12/5), wrapping up the MORNING SHOWGRAM's 3rd annual "TATS FOR TATAS" breast cancer awareness program.
"This has been the most incredible event to be a part of," said LEARY. "The generous support of this community is astounding -- I've never experienced anything like this. And hopefully someday I'll stop tasting glitter."
