George Harrison Live Tribute Album/DVD Set For February Release

"GEORGE FEST: A NIGHT TO CELEBRATE THE MUSIC Of GEORGE HARRISON," a CD/DVD issue of the 2014 concert, is set for a FEBRUARY 26th release on BMG/VAGRANT, the day after what would have been HARRISON's 73rd birthday.  The line-up for the show included BRIAN WILSON, NORAH JONES, THE KILLERS' BRANDON FLOWERS, CONAN O'BRIEN, THE FLAMING LIPS, BEN HARPER, SPOON's BRITT DANIEL, HEART's ANN WILSON, DHANI HARRISON, WEIRD AL YANKOVIC, THE STROKES' NICK VALENSI, PERRY FARRELL and more.

The concert, held on SEPTEMBER 28th, 2014 at LOS ANGELES' FONDA THEATRE and produced by GEORGE's son DHANI HARRISON and DAVID ZONSHINE, will be available in four configurations,  including a double CD/DVD set, a double CD/Blu-Ray set, a triple LP (180 gram), and via digital download.

DHANI HARRISON said, "I've always imagined a small club show where my generation of musicians could cut loose on some of the deeper tracks from his career. So, in a totally new and vibrant way, I once again found myself taking the stage with some of my most treasured musical heroes to the sound of the most familiar music in my life. I hope you enjoy listening to these as much as I do. They are some of the best interpretations of my father's songs I could have ever thought possible."
