'Sunday With Sinatra' Host Sid Mark Signs Contract Extension With WPHT/Philadelphia

The sounds of SINATRA will continue on CBS RADIO News-Talk WPHT-A/PHILADELPHIA with the announcement of a contract extension for longtime "SUNDAY WITH SINATRA" host SID MARK.  MARK has hosted the show and its "FRIDAY WITH FRANK" predecessor for 59 years, the last 16 on WPHT.

SVP/Market Manager DAVID YADGAROFF said, “What FRANK SINATRA is to music, SID MARK is to radio.  We are so happy to continue the tradition that SID started 59 years ago.”

MARK said, “My thanks to the management of WPHT, our sponsors and, of course, my listeners for making this possible. Look forward to a big bash for the 60th.”

The station aired a special "SATURDAY WITH SINATRA" show on SATURDAY (12/12) to commemorate what would have been SINATRA's 100th birthday.
