In other filings with the FCC, SUNNYLANDS BROADCASTING, LLC is selling AC KRSX (STAR 95.9)/GOLDENDALE-THE DALLES, WA to GORGE COUNTRY MEDIA, INC. for $100,000  ($20,000 cash, $80,000 in a promissory note) plus an LMA before closing.

DEWAYNE FORBIS' HART COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Country WHSX (99.1 THE HOSS)/EDMONTON-BOWLING GREEN, KY to SOUTH 65 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $421,000 ($250,000 cash upon signing, $140,000 cash at closing, $31,000 paid in $1,000 installments for 31 months) plus a right of first refusal to buy the seller's Country WLOC-A/MUNFORDVILLE-BOWLING GREEN, KY.

MONTE SINAI, INC. is transferring WXJO-A/DOUGLASVILLE, GA to EXPONENT BROADCASTING, INC. in exchange for cancellation of a $400,000 promissory note, forgiveness of any payments due after OCTOBER 15, 2015, and termination of the personal guaranty of the transferors.

GRANT P. HATCH's WINNIPESAUKEE NETWORK, INC. is selling WASR/WOLFEBORO, NH to WINNIPESAUKEE RADIO STATION, LLC.  The contract attached to the FCC filing is missing the pages involving compensation.

GEORGIA-CAROLINA RADIOCASTING COMPANY, LLC is selling Country WSGC-A/ELBERTON, GA and Country WSGC-F/TIGNALL, GA to J. SCOTT SMITH's RADIO ELBERTON, LLC for $175,000 ($10,000 in an option payment, $165,000 in a promissory note).

YOUNGERS COLORADO BROADCASTING LLC is selling K254CH/LAPORTE, CO and K262BV/CHEYENNE, WY to VIC MICHAEL's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC for $5,000.  MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS also closed on the sale of K294CH/DIVIDE, CO to RICHARD GILLENWATERS' MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS.

HARVEST BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION is selling W261CB/NORWICH, VT to BOUCHARD BROADCASTING, INC. for $75,000.

COMMUNITY PUBLIC RADIO, INC. is selling K222CL/SONCY-AMARILLO, TX to ADRIANA AGUIRRE for $50,000.

BRUNSWICK COUNTY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W236AD/LAWRENCEVILLE, VA to BRISTOL BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $40,000.

And RADIO DISNEY has closed on the sale of WWMI-A/ST. PETERSBURG-TAMPA, FL to SALEM's SOUTH TEXAS BROADCASTING, INC. for $750,000.

Also, CUMULUS has turned in the license of Silent KJQS-A (formerly KRUZ-A and KOAI-A)/VAN BUREN, AR, which recently swapped calls with also-silent KRUZ-A/MURRAY, UT.  The station has been silent for several years after transmitter failure.
