On WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 16th, THE COPYRIGHT ROYALTY BOARD released its Webcaster IV ruling, outlining the royalty rates webcasters will have to pay SOUNDEXCHANGE for music played over the web or on a mobile device during the period from 2016-2020.
