KUPL (98.7 The Bull)/Portland Raises $211K For St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

98.7 The Bull Fights Childhood Cancer

ALPHA MEDIA Country KUPL (98.7 THE BULL)/PORTLAND helped raise over $211,438 for the COUNTRY CARES FOR ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL during their RADIOTHON DEC. 15th and 16th at the SKYPE LIVE STUDIO in PORTLAND, OR.

This was the second RADIOTHON in 2015 for the station and now brings the total to $389,705 raised in 2015 for the hospital.

ALPHA MEDIA EVP SCOTT MAHALICK commented on the announcement, "Being able to give back to the community and help save lives is the best part of what we do at ALPHA."

Added ST. JUDE Radio Programmer Liaison TRAVIS MOON: "Thanks to the amazing BULL listeners, the kids at ST. JUDE will now see their 2016 Prom. I am proud to have the privilege to watch the BULL team fight against childhood cancer.  We know loud and clear that PORTLAND is helping ST. JUDE in finding cures and saving children."
