Entercom Offers New Employee Benefits For 2016

ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS has announced three significant new additions to its employee benefit plan.  Beginning in 2016, eligible employees will receive the following new benefits:

• Personal Volunteering Time: A half-day off each quarter to volunteer for a non-profit organization of their choosing.
• Discounted Stock Purchase Program: ENTERCOM employees will be able to purchase company stock at a 15% discount through a payroll deduction plan.  
• Student Loan Reimbursement Program: $1,000 per calendar year to reduce outstanding student loans for employees who have graduated within the past eight years.

These new benefits will be added to ENTERCOM’s existing benefits program, as well as other incentives including annual trips to exclusive resorts for top performing sales executives.
