Genesis Multimedia Buys Florida Translator, Plans To Move It To Rebroadcast AM

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W288CG/MELBOURNE, FL to GENESIS MULTIMEDIA GROUP, LLC for $35,000.  GENESIS plans to move the translator to rebroadcast one of its FLORIDA AMs, Religion WCRM-A/FORT MYERS, which it filed to buy earlier this month from MANNA CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES, INC. for $450,000.

In other filings with the FCC, KUDA, INC. has requested a Silent STA for KUDA/SHOSHONI, WY due to transmitter problems and winter weather blocking access to the transmitter site.

MB CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for W292DJ/LAKE BLUFF, IL due to loss of its programming source.

And WENDOLYNN TELLEZ has closed on the sale of K279CK/HONDO, TX and K281CB/ORVIL, TX to AF GROUP, LLC for $85,000.
