In other filings with the FCC, FAMILY WORSHIP CENTER CHURCH, INC., is selling K256CN/BASTROP, LA, to HOLLADAY BROADCASTING OF LOUISIANA, LLC, for $50,000.

4-K RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of News-Talk KOZE-A and Rock KOZE-F (Z-ROCK 96.5)/LEWISTON, ID, to MCVEY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, LLC for $175,000.

WITKO BROADCASTING CO. has closed on the sale of the construction permit for KBYC/MARKHAM, TX,  to TOMLINSON-LEIS COMMUNICATIONS, LP for $126,400 and WITKO's co-owned EDWARDS BROADCASTING CO. has closed on the sale of Classic Hits KKHA (HAPPY RADIO 92.5)/MARKHAM to TOMLINSON-LEIS for $257,860.

iHEARTMEDIA's CAPSTAR TX, LLC has closed on the swap of W263CF/MERIDIAN, MS, K253CA/EAGLE RIVER, AK, and W227CI/CATLETTSBURG, KY, to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. in return for EDGEWATER waiving its rights to a tower lease under an HD Channel-Translator Agreement for a tower in PRICHARD, AL, that has been dismantled.
