OHANA BROADCAST COMPANY LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KQNG/KEKAHA, HI because "the station's antenna tuning unit and portions of its skirt have corroded, which have caused reflected power issues."

RADIOACTIVE, LLC has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for WZXP/AU SABLE, NY and says it's "working towards resumption of operations of the station."

SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM's WZET LICENSING, INC.has closed on the swap of Spanish Top 40 WIOA (FRESH 99.9 FM)/SAN JUAN and its booster in CELBA, PR, Spanish Top 40 WIOC/PONCE, and Tropical WZET (ZETA 93)/HORMIGUEROS, PR plus $1.9 million to INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING CORPORATION for MEGA TV affiliates WTCV-DT/SAN JUAN, WVEO-DT/AGUADILLA, PR, and WVOX-DT/PONCE, PR.  The parties have been programming each other's stations since SEPTEMBER 2014 with an option to swap licenses.  SBS has indicated that it will enter the incentive spectrum auction with the TV licenses.

PRAISE BROADCASTING has closed on the sale of Religion KNOF (PRAISE FM)/ST. PAUL, MN to the NORTHERN LIGHTS BROADCASTING, LLC for $7.95 million. NORTHERN LIGHTS, controlled by the POHLAD family (which also owns the MINNESOTA TWINS), also owns Alternative KTWN-F (GO 96.3)/EDINA-MINNEAPOLIS.  KNOF, with new call letters KZGO, will flip to Top 40/Rhythmic as "GO 95.3" this afternoon (1/5).

ALPHA & OMEGA COMMUNICATIONS, LLC has closed on the sale of Regional Mexican KMRI-A (EXITOS 1550)/WEST VALLEY CITY, UT to AASAA MEDIA LLC for $275,000.  The buyer has been programming the station under a Time Brokerage Agreement.

And EDWARD PAUL "BUTCH" DE LA HUNT has closed on the sale of KKWZ/CRARY, ND to LILA D. HARSTAD's RUGBY BROADCASTERS, INC. for $8,000.
