ROUND HILL MUSIC has acquired the publishing rights to AMERICAN punk-rock icons THE OFFSPRING's catalog of master recordings, including the hits from their 1994 release, "Smash," still the largest-selling album of all-time on an independent label, as well as all the group’s subsequent releases. The masters’ acquisition includes the rights to "Ixnayon The Hombre," "Americana," "Conspiracy Of One," "Splinter," "Rise And Fall," "Rage And Grace," and "Days Go By."
Among the band's best-known hits are the rock anthems "Self Esteem," "Come Out And Play (Keep 'Em Separated)," "The Kids Aren't Alright," “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy) and "You're Gonna Go Far, Kid.”
Commented the band's DEXTER HOLLAND: “We felt that having the right caretaker for our catalog, both the masters and the publishing, is incredibly important to the future of our career. ROUND HILL understands that we are continuing to perform and record and that the visibility of our past is critical to our future.”
Added ROUND HILL MUSIC President NEIL GILLIS: “It’s been a long and successful journey from the garage in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA to world-wide musical achievements in all aspects of their career. ROUND HILL MUSIC is honored to have THE OFFSPRING as part of our growing family.”
