PAUL-MINNEAPOLIS happens to win SATURDAY's POWERBALL jackpot, now up to $700 million, the station says it will use the post-tax payout to help pay the state of MINNESOTA's share of the costs for the new VIKINGS stadium in downtown MINNEAPOLIS.  The station says that it wants to help relieve the taxpayers' burden for the $1 billion U.S. BANK STADIUM, being completed for next season on the site of the old HUBERT H. HUMPHREY METRODOME.
