LISTER (owner of VOLUNTEER BROADCASTING OF ILLINOIS, INC.) is selling Classic Rock KRNQ/KEOKUK, IA and WITHERS BROADCASTING CO. is selling Oldies KOKX-F (KOOL 95.3)/KEOKUK, IA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $500,000. WITHERS has been programming KRNQ under a time brokerage agreement since 1999. Meanwhile, WITHERS' WYNG, LLC is selling AC WYNG/MOUNT CARMEL-EVANSVILLE, IL to EMF for $450,000.
