Resolution of the remaining issues at ROCK SPRINGS is expected to be accomplished soon; however, the licensee is moving cautiously due to the fact that the stations' license renewals have been awaiting grant for over two years, creating uncertainty as to the stations' underlying viability."

And ROGER D. BLUME has closed on the sale of W254BK/HOLLY HILL, SC to PALMETTO MEDIA PARTNERS, LLC for $25,000.

WILKS BROADCASTING has closed on the sale of two towers in RENO, NV to COMCAST VENTURES-backed CTI TOWERS for an undisclosed price.  MICHAEL J. BERGNER of BERGNER AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
