A pair of stations in PUERTO RICO get FCC fines, with HACIENDA SAN ELIADO, INC. fined $8.800 for directional-signal and public-file violations at Spanish Religion WRRE-A/JUNCOS, PR (reduced from $11,000 for a history of compliance) and WEST COAST BROADCASTING fined $8,000 for directional-antenna and output-power violations at its now-silent WNNV/SAN GERMAN, PR.
