Nielsen Reportedly Working On Resolving MRC Questions About Diary Markets

A recent review from ERNST & YOUNG to the MEDIA RATING COUNCIL has prompted the MRC to ask questions regarding NIELSEN’s 2014 diary markets. While there's no public talk of pulling accreditation, sources tell ALL ACCESS that NIELSEN was given 90 days to address the issues brought up in the audit.

NIELSEN tells ALL ACCESS, “NIELSEN’s radio diary service is accredited by the MRC and we support the MRC process. MRC communications are privileged and confidential. NIELSEN respects that confidentiality and does not comment on them.”
