  The FCC is closed for MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DAY TODAY (1/18), but the RIVER VALLEY LEADER of RUSSELLVILLE, AR is reporting that JODY COPELAND has sold Classic Rock KXIO/CLARKSVILLE, AR to UNITED WAY OF ARKANSAS Director EDDIE LEE HERNDON and ERIN HERNDON for an undisclosed price.
  
  ERIN HERNDON will serve as OM for the station.
