CUMULUS MEDIA/WASHINGTON, D.C. has promoted JAKE MCCANN to VP/Market Manager and BETH COHEN to VP/Sales. MCCANN was formerly VP/Sales for CUMULUS/WASHINGTON, D.C., while COHEN was formerly Dir./Sales.
