ShareBuilders Merges With Efficio

SHAREBUILDERS, the leading provider of yield management solutions for the broadcast media sales industry, has merged with EFFICIO SOLUTIONS, a leader in media sales management, CRM and yield solutions to the broadcast industry. The pairing will allow the two to leverage their specialties into collaborative solutions to meet the demands of the media sales industry.

Initially, there will be no operational changes. Both product lines will continue to evolve and improve in order to meet the needs of customers.
