The RADIO AND TELEVISION NEWS ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA handed out its 66th annual GOLDEN MIKE AWARDS for radio and television news SATURDAY night (1/23) in UNIVERSAL CITY, CA.
