A man from SALEM, MA was arrested and charged with threatening to shoot a local judge in a call to ENTERCOM Talk WRKO-A/BOSTON's morning show with SCOTT ALLEN MILLER, according to the SALEM NEWS. The caller, JOHN ADELMAN, called SCOTTO on SEPTEMBER 19 and, after voicing support for judicial term limits and claiming that a judge had been anti-Semitic towards him, said that "a gun could fix it." MILLER ripped the man and told him to "go to hell," then contacted the court, which called in SALEM police. ADELMAN's voice was recognized from the tape by officers who say ADELMAN has been involved in 63 incidents involving the police since 1993; he is free on $500. cash bond pending a NOVEMBER 13 court hearing.
