CUMULUS MEDIA/BIRMINGHAM has named radio veteran DAVID WALLS VP/Market Manager for the six-station cluster. WALLS joins CUMULUS from SUMMIT MEDIA/BIRMINGHAM, where he was GSM and Dir./Sales.
