SUMMITMEDIA LLC has flipped AC WHTI (EASY 100.9)/RICHMOND has flipped to Classic Hits STAR 100.9, playing classic '70s, '80s and early '90s hits from ELTON JOHN, MADONNA, FLEETWOOD MAC, CHICAGO, MICHAEL JACKSON, ROD STEWART, BLONDIE, DURAN DURAN, BON JOVI, THE COMMODORES and more.

“People who grew up with Top 40 music wanted a station more in line with what they remember from high school and college days,” STAR 100.9 PD BUDDY VAN ARSDALE said. “So we’re giving them just that with the new STAR 100.9.”
