FCC Commissioner JESSICA ROSENWORCEL has appointed MARC PAUL as her Legal Advisor, primarily responsible for media issues.  PAUL was most recently Of Counsel at LUKAS, NACE, GUTIERREZ & SACHS LLP and previously served as Senior Counsel to the late Sen. FRANK LAUTENBERG (D-NJ).

ROSENWORCEL said, “I am delighted that MARC is joining my office. MARC’s strong background in communications policy and mix of experience in the public and private sector will mean good counsel for my office and excellent support for the work of the Commission.”
