LANDR Teams With CD Baby To Better Serve Indie Musicians

LANDR, a platform for DIY mastering, has fully integrated with CD BABY’s dashboard to create a one-stop shop for indie musicians. Artists can master, preview, and save tracks or samples -— all from inside their CD BABY accounts.

“Genres like electronic and hip hop music have really become single-first-type genres," CD BABY VP/Marketing KEVIN BREUNER said. "YouTubers and cover song artists have found great value in LANDR as well.

“LANDR is not competition to traditional mastering, but tapping into a totally different group of people," he said. "There is still a very firm place for traditional mastering, (but) for someone who wants to get a track live quickly, LANDR is a great choice.”

It costs only $9.99 per track, and CD BABY members get free accounts and icons on their dashboards for convenient clicking.
