DENNIS JACKSON is transferring W276BV/GREENWICH, CT; W276AV/STAMFORD, CT; W273CN/DANBURY, CT; W221CZ/SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT; and W273BH/MIDDLEBURY, VT to SUN SIGNALS LLC for no consideration; the transaction moves the licenses from personal ownership to a limited liability company wholly owned by JACKSON.
